As the seasons shift and we move into the cozy embrace of fall, I’m thrilled to share a beautiful new offering that’s been in the works: Sound Healing is now available! This deeply restorative modality is a powerful way to clear energy, balance your chakras, and reconnect with your inner peace.
Sound Healing Sessions
I’m excited to introduce a sound healing session with alchemy crystal singing bowls and tuning forks as a new service. This one-on-one sound bath blends the soothing tones of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gentle percussion with the grounding energy of crystals and Reiki. Let the vibrations wash over you, clearing your energy, balancing your chakras, and leaving you feeling peaceful, uplifted, and deeply renewed.

Group Sound Baths
We’re also launching public group sound baths in Arlington, VA beginning with a New Moon series in 2026. Join us each New Moon for a deeply restorative group sound bath designed to help you reset, realign, and manifest with intention. This immersive experience blends the healing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and grounding percussion with the gentle energy of Reiki to support emotional release, energy balancing, and spiritual renewal. Each session will follow a gentle flow: Arrival > Guided meditation > Sound bath > Integration & departure.
