Spend Valentine’s Day with an afternoon celebrating the rich expressions of love that shape and nourish the human experience.
This special sound bath draws inspiration from seven of the Ancient Greek love types, each offering a unique pathway into connection, intimacy, and emotional depth. We invite you to explore love in all its dimensions, from passion and friendship to devotion, playfulness, and self‑honoring.
Eros — passionate, romantic love
Philia — deep friendship and emotional closeness
Agape — unconditional, universal love
Storge — nurturing, familial love
Ludus — playful, flirtatious love
Pragma — steady, enduring love built over time
Philautia — healthy, compassionate self‑love
Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, a blend of Pilates, yin, and restorative practices, to stretch, unwind, and release energy, followed by the soothing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls and Sekhem‑Seichim Reiki (a deeply restorative energy modality that supports emotional release and heart‑centered healing). This immersive experience creates space to soften the heart, release emotional tension, and reconnect with the love that flows within and around you.
Whether you’re attending solo, with a partner, or with a loved one, this sound bath offers a warm, supportive environment to honor the relationships that matter most. Enjoy treats and non-alcoholic beverages before the session begins and as we close the evening together.
Agenda
Arrival & Intro: Guests are welcomed into the space, invited to get comfortable and enjoy the treats. This is a time to slow down and set an intention for the sound bath.
Movement + Reiki: A gentle movement practice, blending grounding stretches and mindful flow, while receiving Reiki to support energetic release, presence, and deeper connection.
Sound Bath + Reiki: An immersive sound bath featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and percussion instruments, paired with Reiki to support emotional release and energetic balance.
Integrate & Chill: A quiet period to gently awaken, reflect, and transition out of the healing space, with time to enjoy treats, connect, and hang out before heading out.
Treats + Dietary Restrictions
Treats will be offered with a range of dietary‑friendly options, including vegan/vegetarian, dairy‑free, and gluten‑free selections. As someone with food sensitivities, I always thoughtfully consider dietary needs whenever food is part of the experience.

🔐 This is a secure building. Access instructions will be provided before the event.
🧘 Props will not be provided. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water and other props (blocks and bolsters) to fully support the body in gentle poses for an extended period of time. Dress in cozy layers so you can fully relax.
