This month’s theme, Inner North Star, invites you to trust your intuition and align with your deepest truth. Through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and guided meditation, you’ll:

Agenda

Arrival & Intro: Guests are welcomed into the space and invited to get comfortable. This is a time to slow down and set an intention for the sound bath.

Meditation + Reiki: A gentle practice to ground your energy, quiet the mind, and connect with intention.

Sound Bath + Reiki: An immersive sound bath featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and percussion instruments, paired with Reiki to support emotional release and energetic balance.

Integrate & Departure: A quiet period to gently awaken, reflect, and transition out of the healing space.

• 🧘 Props will not be provided. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water for comfort. Dress in cozy layers so you can fully relax.
