🌸 Welcome in Spring: Sound Bath + Reiki Healing

Spring invites renewal, balance, and fresh beginnings. Welcome in Spring with a gentle, aligning experience inspired by the Spring Equinox. Together, we’ll release the heaviness of winter and invite in the vibrant energy of growth, clarity, and new possibilities.

Through the soothing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and grounding percussion, paired with Reiki, you’ll be guided to:

  • Realign with the balance of light and dark that the Equinox represents

  • Awaken your energy to new beginnings and fresh possibilities

  • Release what no longer serves you as you step into a new season

  • Connect with the resilience and renewal that spring embodies

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to welcome the season ahead.

Agenda

Arrival & Intro: Guests are welcomed into the space and invited to get comfortable. This is a time to slow down and set an intention for the sound bath.

Meditation + Reiki: A gentle practice to ground your energy, quiet the mind, and connect with intention.

Sound Bath + Reiki: An immersive sound bath featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and percussion instruments, paired with Reiki to support emotional release and energetic balance.

Integrate & Chill: A quiet period to gently awaken, reflect, and transition out of the healing space.
