June Monthly Events
June brings three nourishing wellness experiences to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your natural rhythm. This month’s offerings invite you to explore your inner freedom, soften into deeper presence, and return to the parts of yourself that feel instinctive, aligned, and beautifully untamed.
I’m partnering with Club Pilates for two special events where I’ll be providing the soundscape: the Cross & Core Outdoor Wellness Series: Pilates Flow & Sound Bath with Club Pilates Falls Church, combines Pilates flow, community connection, and a soothing sound bath, and the Solstice Rest & Restore at Club Pilates Clarendon, a candlelit foam‑roll class paired with sound healing to welcome the season. Alongside these collaborations, our monthly sound bath will center on the theme of inner freedom and rewilding, guiding you into a spacious, liberated state of being.
Note: For events are hosted at Spiritual Enhancements, 1050 N. Stuart St. Arlington, VA 22201 the access instructions to the building are provided before the event. We recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water for comfort. Dress in cozy layers so you can fully relax. There is no parking on-site. Street parking and nearby garages are available.
