You are being guided to disinhibit your soul. This sound bath supports you in recognizing where you may be holding yourself back out of loyalty, fear, or habit and where it may be time to lovingly step away from environments or relationships that cannot meet you in your expansion.
Release the self‑consciousness, social constraints, and external expectations that have kept you small. Not everyone will understand your freedom, and not everyone is ready to witness someone living in alignment with their desires. Their limitations are not yours to carry. Their discomfort is not a reason to dim your light.
As you soften into the vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Reiki, you’ll be guided to:

Arrival & Intro: Guests are welcomed into the space and invited to get comfortable. This is a time to slow down and set an intention for the sound bath.
Meditation + Reiki: A gentle practice to ground your energy, quiet the mind, and connect with intention.
Sound Bath + Reiki: An immersive sound bath featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and percussion instruments, paired with Reiki to support emotional release and energetic balance.
Integrate & Chill: A quiet period to gently awaken, reflect, and transition out of the healing space.
